Ceramic Braces

How Virtually Invisible Braces Work
Aligner treatment uses a series of custom-shaped, clear plastic aligners to correct the position of teeth. The clear aligners are so discreet that most people will not even know that you are undergoing orthodontic treatment, unless you decide to tell them. Dr. Shivasankar will use precision computer imaging techniques to ensure the success of your treatment. While the number of aligners needed to complete treatment will depend on your unique orthodontic needs, each successive aligner will be designed to apply the necessary pressure to guide your teeth toward their ideal position. You will wear each retainer for about two weeks before it needs to be replaced. Overall, the course of treatment should require about the same amount of time as treatment with traditional braces.
